Custom and personalised orders

We accept custom and personalised orders! If you would like something created please don't hesitate to contact us to see if it's possible. We love to hear your ideas.

All personalised orders you will need to state the EXACT wording you want to the item. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, missing words. We will do our best to contact you if we believe something appears incorrect with your order.

Can I change my order?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you want to change your order as we do try to order stock as soon as possible and we do start working on your orders quite quickly after an order is placed!

The personalised details I gave you are incorrect. What do I do?

Let us know as soon as possible!

Unfortunately, if your item has already been completed/already sent then we are unable to change this.

Can I cancel my order? and Can I return my order?

Please contact us straight away within 24 hours - if we have already started completing your item then I'm afraid not.

You can return your order as long as it hasn't been personalised for you. 

You are responsible for the cost of return postage.


Returns: If you are located outside of the United Kingdom you will have to specify "RETURN" when returning your order. Otherwise, we will have to pay a customs charge. If this does happen then we won't accept the order back and it will be returned back to you.

Can I change a design/ add to it?

You can definitely request for a design to be changed. For example if you don't want your wedding date to be added to the hood or would like "future" removed from our future mrs range then these can be removed at your request.

If you would like to add to the design, for example, add your name to the back of a tshirt then please be advised that this is possible but it will incur extra costs so please contact us first prior to placing your order and we can create a custom listing especially for you!

If I like a design that's on a Vest top but I want the design on a Tshirt is this possible?

Definitely. Contact us first if unsure.

Care instructions

We recommend that all our tshirts, pyjammas, vest tops, hoodies and baby grows are washed at 30 degrees.

We recommend that the floral robes are hand washed.

Please DO NOT tumble dry any of these items.

Please do not iron onto any vinyl designs, please turn clothing inside out to iron.

How will my order be sent?

We send all orders within the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which aims delivery within 2 working days. 

For orders outside of the UK we send via Royal Mail International tracked which estimates arriving in your country within 7 working days, however, please be advised this is the time it takes to arrive in your country it then has to go through customs and be delivered to you. 

Please be advised that at busier periods (ie: Easter bank holidays, Christmas) that delivery may take longer. Please also be aware of any postal strikes as this can delay delivery. 

Once your order has left us it is up to you to use the tracking information to track your order. Please check this prior to contacting us about "missing mail"

I need my item quicker than you have stated...

Please contact us to see if we are able to post your item in time/state on ordering.

What happens if I don't collect my tracked item from the Post Office?

We are not responsible for any items that are returned back to us if they have not been collected by you. It is your responsibility to then pay the return postage if you want the item to be returned back to you. We will not refund any items that are personalised for you.
